apartment has been completely refurbished; it is not very large but is functional, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The windows overlook two bright and quiet inner courtyards. The bathroom has a window, a toilet with an integrated bidet and a bidet spray.
The kitchen area features a pod coffee machine (pods provided free of charge). The bedroom has a large-screen TV and plenty of space for storing clothes; there are two comfortable single beds which can be joined on request to form a double bed (this must be specified in advance of arrival to allow time to notify the cleaning staff). The high-quality mattresses feature a memory foam layer. Additional pillows are provided.
Two towels will be provided for each guest (one bath towel and one face towel); additional amenities are subject to a charge.
Guest access
The entire flat is available to guests. The cupboard in the entrance hall is reserved for service items/supplies.
The flat will be stocked with basic amenities in quantities deemed sufficient for the duration of your stay (toilet paper, kitchen roll, soap, salt, sugar, oil, vinegar); these will not be replenished if they run out.
Access to the flat is via a QR code (key-free), so you can enter at any time free of charge.
Other things to bear in mind
Smoking is not permitted inside the flat, but outside, the communal corridor leads onto an open courtyard where smoking is allowed.
Please ensure you dispose of your rubbish before departure and leave the lights and air conditioning switched off.
Rubbish bins are located on the street, along Via Machiavelli or around Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.
